Suggest Remedy For The Redness And Scab On The Tip Of The Nose

hi well 4 months ago i got a blackhead on my nose, and well i got it out, but then i got a scab and its really embarrassing so i kept taking it off a couple of times. and now its kind off healed but still red. and the redness wont go away. i dont know why. but im also like missing a piece, a tiny piece of nose on the tip, why doesnt it heal after like 4 months?
