Suggest Remedy For Thickening Of Uterus,irregular Bleeding And Vaginal Discharge

I am a 41 year old female with 5 children I gave birth to naturally. I just found out I have thickening of the uterus and tend to bleed not regular. I have vaginal discharge and a raw feeling inside my right side I guess is near my ovaries . We could not afford the surgery so have put it off for about a year. I have had heavy bleeding for about 2 years with large blood clots . What do I do and how long can I wait.
