Suggest Remedy For Throat Irritation, Cough And Nasal Block

dear doctor I m having bad throat n my ears n nose are blocked. I m also coughing.. I m using a nosel spray to breath.. N from two days when I clean my nose to breath it starts bleeding after I clean only right side of my nose. I have neoclav 625 and clavador 625 a friend given it to me because I cannot afford doctor at the moment. Should I take both or no one? please guide me
