Suggest Remedy For Throat Pain Upon Swallowing Post Endoscopy Procedure

Hi, i had an edoscopy on Thursday under sedation. Unfortunately, I was not compliant under sedation and they were not able to complete the procedure. After a few hours it became apparent that my thoat was very sore and now I have developed a very painful earache and finding is excruciatingly painful to swallow. Having been to the doctors with earache before and been told that most are viral and antibiotics are usually inappropriate I am unsure what to do other than take a paracetamol. I am on no medication, am generally very healthy apart from a bit of GERD, don t smoke and am usually stoical when it comes to ailments. What can I do?
