Suggest Remedy For Throat Pain With Swallowing Difficulties

i am being suffering from severe throat pain and suffer extreme difficulty in swallowing food. My doctor had prescribed me antibiotic tablets but the pain did not reduce a bit. i am a 21 year old male.please give me some suggestions regarding my problems. thank you
