Suggest Remedy For Throat Pain With Yellowish Bumps

I have no tonsils they got removed a few years back but the sites of where the tonsils where are red and the back of my throat has small yellow bumps and when I swollow, on my right side I feel like needles hurting my right ear as well. Throat is killing me what can it be?
