Suggest Remedy For Throbbing Pain In Knee Caused Due To Baker S Cyst

I experience throbbing pain behind my knee. I have been told I have a bakers cyst. I understand there is a possibility it could be drained. Are there any other treatments available before I address this solution? I have used a heating pad and a lot of Tylenol. Nothing seems to help. It is difficult to walk a lot and getting in and out of a car (the bend) is very painful. Would appreciate your advice. Thank You.
