Suggest Remedy For Tight Foreskin During Erection

Dear Doctor,

Good Evening!

I am a NRI, I have been experiencing a problem with my penis foreskin, When my penis gets erected my foreskin becomes tight and does not allow to pull my foreskin backward. if I tried so forcible its get hurted with blood.

Please advise how can I have sex with a girl with this condition.
