Suggest Remedy For Tightness In Chest With Shortness Of Breath And Rib Pain

I'm 21 years old and about 118 pounds. For the last 3 months I've been experiencing chest tightness, shortness of breathe, pain in the ribs, shots of chills through my arms and legs, and a popping sensation on the left side of my ribs near my heart. I've been put on a 5 day inflammation medicine and a 6 day steroid along with anxiety medicine and an Inhaler. Nothing is helping. I was diagnosed with costochondritis however when I was rushed to the ER they gave me the wrong wrist band with someone elses name on it. What should I do at this point?
