Suggest Remedy For Tinea Pedis In Foot

I have tena pedis and it will not heal.Ive tried everyhing.It is spreading to other toes on my foot.Also the colour looks bad.It is purplish.Please help.Iam 51,5ft 10in.I weigh 260.I take high blood pressure meds and i take a low dose asprin everyday for cholestrol.Iam also pre diabetic.I have had this condition for over a year.
