Suggest Remedy For Tingling Sensation In Urethra And Clitoris

so this is really embaressing, but im freaking out not even my anxiety meds are helping..i had to urinate while i was out at dinner and i held it in untill i got home...when i went i felt a tickling sensation in my urethera...right at the tip...well it kinda felt that if i masterbated it would go away..IT MADE IT WORSE NOW MY CLITORUS IS TINGLING LIKE IM GOING TO ORGASM IT WONT GO AWAY, I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO PEE BAD BUT I DONT WHAT IS THIS WILL I LIVE WITH THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE?????
