Suggest Remedy For Tingling Sensation On Side Of Head

I ve been having light pressure/tingling on the left side of my head. The tingling goes down in to my cheek area, this sensation is followed by light headedness....One occurrence, actually the first episode my heart started racing and i about passed out. Now lately i have been just getting the pressure and tingling in the left side of the head, temple and cheek area....What am I experiencing?!?!
