Suggest Remedy For Tingling Sensation On The Left Side Of The Body

I have been having issues with my left back, left buttocks and left leg. I have been provided meds and I just started my first session of physical therapy on Wednesday. This afternoon, I went to sit in my rolling office chair, stumbled and fell against my desk and then on my chair--which had tipped--with the bottom of my right buttocks. Now I have a very slight tingling in my left foot and a stronger tingling sensation in my right foot...but I don't know if it is because of hitting my buttocks or because I landed on my feet wrong. I have another physical therapy session Monday morning. Should I wait to see what happens over the weekend?
