Suggest Remedy For Tinnitus And Loss Of Skin Tissue On Scalp Post Taking Co Diovan

I am taking Co-diovan 160/12mgs for approx 2 years. I have developed tinnitis and loss of skin tissue on the scalp and hands almost like dehydration. I prefer Norvasc however my ankes swell. I feel the Co-diovan is too harsh as I am allergic to Sulpha which Doctors have overlooked. Please advise as my scalp is purely skin on bone without a layer of fat.
