Suggest Remedy For Tinnitus And Pressure Behind The Ear

I have been diagnosed with objective pulsatile tinnitus about 5 months ago it has been louder and goes away with touch over vein right behind jaw and opening mouth, the last 4 days I have head the noise much louder, when I lie down i feel a flowing in my right arm. I get a ton of pressure behind my ears, eyes, forehead and back of head. My face turns bright red during the pressure and my temples pulsate. I have swelling in one straight line behind my right ear down to mid neck. I had an Angio of carotid / jugular that came out normal. It doesnt feel right
