Suggest Remedy For Tinnitus Upon Exhaling Or Talking

hi, i feel like when i exhale air, like not through nose..but the general exhaling during talking i hear a click sound in my right hear.(more like when i exhale with pressure).I feel like the air pressure is creating the click.its very annoying because i have been feeling this for almost 3 weeks now. kindly advice on what i should do.Thank you
