Suggest Remedy For Tiny Blisters On Shoulders With Painful Throat

Hello im a 18 year old male. After getting a sunburn and then taking a hot shower i noticed i began getting a bunch of little tiny blisters on my shoulders. Its quite painful and uncomfortable. Also my throat has been in pain and im having a stuffed nose. Whats wrong with me? Am i just over exagerating?
