Suggest Remedy For Tiny Red Bubble On Cheek

i have a scar on my face from a pimple i tried popping that left a tiny bloody looking red bubble on my cheek.. its been there over a year--can i try sticking a sterilized pin in it to pop it?? how can i get it to go away?? thats the only blemish on my face.
