Suggest Remedy For Tiredness And Body Aches When Having Low Estrogen Levels

Hello, I have had my uterus removed 15 years ago and last year started bi est 5mg. And testosterone and dhea. I moved recently and my new doctor said my dhea was fine on the blood work but my testosterone and estrogen were low. My estrogen was nearly non existent on the test result. She put me on a vivelle patch .01 and I feel soooo bad tired and body aches. Feels like the flu but I'm not sick. Any ideas. When I was on the bi est cream my days of feeling normal fluctuated but now I feel worse on the Vivelle.
