Suggest Remedy For Tiredness And Leg Pain Below Thigh

im 31 years old male...suffering from leg pain below thigh from last 7-8 years and feel so tired everytimes...I consulted so many doctors before but nothing avail.........pls suggest....Im in field job....many times may not be able to have proper food...but feel tired also when at home place.................pls advise.......
