Suggest Remedy For Ulcers On Penis Foreskin

I am 82 and have a forskin rash and ulcer on my penis. I had one time large showing of blood on my underwear and assumed it came from that condiction. I now have doubts. I get a pain on my left lower abdomen some time after urinating. There's no other blood signs. Any other causes other then bladder cancer?
