Suggest Remedy For Ulcers On Penis

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have an ulcer on my penis. It has been there for at least 15 years. I had tests done and it is not an STD. It never goes away but does subside at times. I am not circumcised and the doctor thought with proper sanitation it should clear, I am very sanitary and bath twice daily. Nothing has helped. I was also told that it might heal if exposed to air by retracting the foreskin. Does not help. I do not want to go back to the doctor as it is embarrasing and has not helped. I have been to 2 different dermatologists and they have not helped. It has dramatically affected sexual activity with my wife as any activity irritates the ulcer and causes it to flare up. Please help
