Suggest Remedy For Unexplained Bruising On Right Thigh

I'm a 29 year old male. I have unexplained bruising on my right thigh. It's been going on for about a year off and on. I've been to my general practitioner numerous times, but nothing sounds alarming to him. I get a periodic numbing pain in both legs from my hip to my calf. I'm noticing it a lot at night. The bruises are very light greenish yellow, very small, and there's usually more than one in an area. I get a very detailed blood profile through an annual work physical, which my doctor says looks beautiful. My red blood cell count is slightly high, but my doctor says it's nothing alarming. Any suggestions?
