Suggest Remedy For Unprotected Sex

I am currently on the Nuvaring (and have been for the past 2 years). On the last day of my period, the day before I was supposed to reinsert the ring, I had unprotected sex after which I immediately inserted the ring. What are the chances of a pregnancy occurring and should I take the morning after pill just in case?
