Suggest Remedy For Upper Abdominal Pain After Having Food

sometimes when i eat i get severe pain in my upper tummy and have to leave my meal and go home to bed, i could hardly walk with the pain and was fighting to catch my breath, the pain left about an hour later, i can feel it coming on and it progresses very quickly, i take indegestion redemies and painkillers. I do have plenty of wind. I m aware it may hit at any time so i eat slowly.
