Suggest Remedy For Upper Body Rash

I have an upper body rash non itchy. I also have been experiencing some dizzy spells. I went to the doctor and was precribed a cream for my rash. The dizzy spell is a new symptom. The rash does seem to be going away I have had it for almost 2 weeks. What can be causing this rash. The doctor I went to did not know what it was.
