I went to the doctors the other day as my 6 year old daughter has a problem with wetting her pants just a little bit every time she needs the toilet and also sometimes she is sore down there at night. the doctor did a urine test and said she has some white blood cells in her urine indicating a urine infection but she said she would sent it away to get checked further.i am confused and worried as she doesnt ever complain that it hurts when she is going wee and no real symptoms of a urine infection so what could this mean?
