Suggest Remedy For Uterus Enlargement

Hi my uterus have been enlarged for 2 and a half years now and just getting bigger. I am in alot of pain most of the time. Gynae say it's adenomayos. He hold my even get the internal scan in it was so enlarged. He took a biopsy and came back negative. I am still very uneasy about everything should I have a ca125 test done. I also would like a hysterectomy but he says no then my problems would start. Thank you Natasha
