Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Bleeding After Fingering

i"ve been fingering myself for a few months now and i am a virgin but a few weeks ago i saw i bled a little so i stopped, i got my period a few days ago so when i was done with my period i fingered myself but i start to bleed so i stopped then i tried again and i was bleeding i put a pad on but its minimal bleeding. Not enough that i am spotting, is something wrong? should i go see my doctor?
