Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Bleeding After Sex

I am 43 years old- active in sports- have a monogomous relationship- have my period every 25 days for about 6 days, had my yearly exam in May, in which everything was excellent, and I have recently been bleeding during and after sex. There is no pain involved and the bleeding goes away by the end of the day. What is going on?
