Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy

Hello doc, I need ur help, I have been miscarriage twice it only last one month, the other one is blighted ovum, now im 7weeks pregnant, tru ultrasound there is fetal pole with heartbeat,I was shock one day there I stain of blood in my pants and small inch of clotting, I ran to EMergency they said the baby is fine and the bleed was stop in same time, I was o aspirin, duphaston, glucophage and folic acid, my question is why my doctor stop me to take aspirin for a couple of days? Then I ask my previous Ob gyne she said I should continue mh aspirin if the bleeding is stop? Please doc I need any aadvise too..
