Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Discharge

Am a 16 year old girl and i dont really think am pregnant but there is a chance i could be . All i know is that there is something not right . i dont know how to describe how i feel inside but i have been really wet down there and its not because i got turned on . what does this all mean ?
