Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Dryness With Weak Bladder

Hi Im 25, and am seeing a gyno tomoz for the first time. My Gp saw that i have very low estrogen levels on my blood resluts, Ihad 86 on first blood test so my GP changed my Pill from Microgynon 20 to Cilest. I've been on that for 5 months now my last blood test revieled my estrogen levels have dropped again to 57, and he said that i have estrogen levels of a 50 year old. I have Vignal dryness and have to use lube constantly, I have terrible bladder weakness and frequent trips to the toilet even if i have only just been, I've had treces of blood after intercourse and im shattered all the time and very emotional. im scared im going into a premenopause state and i want to have children one day. Please help my appointment is tomorrow x
