Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Numbness During Intercourse

Hi my name is Rachel and i am 23 years of age. Please could i be given some advice, me and my partner of a year & half, we are lately experiencing numbness in the vaganal area (penetration), we have a great sex life & the feeling is great, but these last couple of times we've had sex i cannot feel anything, also when i tense i feel really number, i feel like there is something wrong. Can someone please give me advice. regards
