Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Polyps

Hi doctor, my name is Maria, I am 50 years old and I have a vaginal polyps that was causing to me a vaginal discharge for 1 month and a little bit of blood in the discharge for 3 days. My question is: do I need to have prophylactic antibiotic therapy for the vaginal polyp removal? I had 4 months ago a CD bacteria due to antibiotics. Thank you for your help to me. Maria R.
