Suggest Remedy For Very Hard Pus Like Pimples In Armpit And Pubic Region

I am 5 ft 4in tall and I weigh 185 llbs. I smoke. Drink about twice a month but very little. I have very hard pus like pimples in my armpits and pubic region. They come and go but if I mess with them they produce a ton of hard and get very sore and bruise and generally take a month to go away but as soon as they do another one develops. The ones in my armpit sometimes have pieces of baby fine hair floating around the hard white pus that comes out. But never the pubic region but still hard gross ew. What do I do?
