Suggest Remedy For Vitiligo

hello doctor...my daughter is 5 yrs old and i noticed some skin differences almost a mth ago...i took her to the dermatologist who detected this to be an early stage of vitiligo...he is put her on multi vitamins, omnacortil and B-12..also gave her two lotions to apply...i want to know where these patches will go with the above mentioned medicines and the UV light treatment...pls guide me....thank you
