Suggest Remedy For Voice Change After Travelling

Hi, i live in tennesse and went to florida. when i got there i started losing my voice and got kinda sick. I now feel fine but my voice is almost totally gone and its been two weeks. I have a really dry cough as well in the morning and some through out the day
