Suggest Remedy For Vomiting After Injury To Head

Earlier i hit the left side of my head when my car slid in a ditch after some guy took more than his side of the road. My head has a few bumps and of course my head is hurting and one is very sore. the last hour i have begun vomiting.. what sdo you think?
