Suggest Remedy For Vomiting, Spotting And Fatigue

Hello, my name is Kaylin. I have been having a lot of trouble with this problem. I have been very sick lately and I have no idea what s going on. These symptoms that I am having are some of pregnancy, but every time I take a pregnancy test I get negative! I have not have my period in 5 months and have had multiple symptoms such as vomiting. spotting. cravings. no periods. moody. swollen fingers. fatigue. And more I just really want to know what s going on I ve been getting nowhere in this process and I just really need your help if you would please!
