Suggest Remedy For Vomiting When On Cerelac Rice

Hi,my kid is in second week of 6th month and we started feeding cerelac rice today.he had a scoop of it,However after 2 hours when he is on breast milk,he started vomited everything.please advise if i have to consult a doctor immediately or can i wait till morning.pls update me.
