Suggest Remedy For Watering Eyes, Sore Corners Of Eyes While Having No Eyelashes

I have no eye lashes and my eyes water a lot in the cold windy weather. The outside corners of my eyes have been getting crusty, which I have be removing, but now they have started getting very sore and I think they are cracking. A bit like a cold sore type of cracking. How can I fix this, please?
