Suggest Remedy For Weakness In Legs And Heated Sensation In Breast During Hot Flashes

I have started getting weekness in my leggs when I get a hot flash. Is this common with with years of dealing with hot flashes. I use to sweat alot all day and at night, but now I only get the heated sinsation up under my breast. These symptons do not last very long. What is your recommendation to relieve these symptons.
