Suggest Remedy For Weight Gain When On Steroids Of Rhuematoid Arthritis

Hello, My Wife was diagnosed with Hypo Gamma Globulin aemia last year and continues to get worse despite some treatments from the NHS which are Infusions now on a 3 weekly basis and the amount has been increased by 5 milligrams. She also has Rhuematoid Arthritis and is taking Steroids for this which just seem to be helping her Joints but are obviously causing many other problems in her body as she has now been taking these for well over 4 years now and has put on 2/3 stone in weight because of the Steroids.
