i am having stomach problem from quite some time... last time i examined myself from a gastroentolegist.. he asked me to do some blood test, endoscopy, colonoscopy. and then i am having medicines...vitamin b12 lower, vitamin d total lower, and small ulcer types. he suggested me medicines.. bifilac, doxyciline, mecosyme, and dv-60 . my problem is i am loosing weight, weakness, lethargy, and inside my stomach a typical sound keeps rotating especially at night.. and my sleep gets disturbed... pls suggest me something
