Suggest Remedy For Weird Noise While Coughing With Irritated Throat

i have a terrible throat, that when i cough feels like something is goning to come up but it doesnt. then im okay, then it happens again. this also affects my breathing and cant always do it good. i hear a weird noise when i breathe like buz buz buz but no1 else can hear it accept me. this hurts very much, what should i do?

if i dont cough then it hurts me more, and the sound hen i cough aint a normal coughing sound
