Suggest Remedy For Wheezing While Taking Deep Breath, Cramping And Stomach Ache

I am a 17 year old female who smokes. I have tried quitting lots. I have scoliosis and a very bad wheezing cough. Every time I take a deep breath I get a wheezing kinda rumbling feeling from my throat all the way down my left side. I have constant cramping in my left hip and lower stomach area, and have a very hard time passing a stool. I really don't know what to do anymore. HELP !!
