Suggest Remedy For White Blotches On Forearms And Legs

Dear Dr I have small white blotches on my forearms and legs around the ankle area and calf. They seem to go away for a second when rubbed or in a hot bath.They seem to indicate some sort of circulation where the blood is not getting to on my skin as I know it is not Vitiligo.I am fair haired and pale skinned.I do not seem to know the cause of this , as the months go on the more they increase and spread in areas. Please help
