Suggest Remedy For White Patches On Skin All Over The Body

my sister is 12 years old & she is having white patches on her skin at several places on elbow,waist and even on head. On head where ever there is white patch hair is also white. she is going through treatment since 4 years bt not has been cured yet. need help & suggestion
