Suggest Remedy For White Spot, Itching On Penis

Hello Doctor, I am Yogesh here 33 from Bangalore. I am having some issues with my penis. On the outer skin, i could see that there is white spot and itching at the front part. Front part is became red also. I am not sure whom to consult this issue. I am facing this issue for two weeks and i have tried to use Betnovet but the spot and itching has not been cured. Please advice me whom or which kind of specialist doctor should i consult?
